Wakarta Pvt Ltd, Buxar, Bihar, India, operates the Wakarta customer, vendor and delivery apps and the related website. We connect customers with independent vendors and delivery partners.

- Vendor store details and product photos uploaded by vendors

- Delivery-partner location while live tracking is active for an accepted order
2. How We Use Information

3. Sharing of Information
Information necessary to process an order is shared with the relevant vendor and delivery partner. Authorized Wakarta staff may access account and order information for support, safety and operations. Hosting, email and mapping providers process information needed to supply their services.
4. Location and Maps
Delivery partners may grant foreground location permission during an active delivery. The relevant customer and authorized Wakarta staff may view the location for order tracking. Device location permission can be changed in device settings. Wakarta uses Google Maps; see the Google Privacy Policy and Google Maps terms.
5. Analytics
Our website and web-based app pages use Google Analytics to understand visits and improve the service. Google may process usage and device information according to its privacy policy. We do not use delivery-partner live location for advertising.
6. Payments
Online payments, where available, may be processed through authorized third-party payment service providers. Wakarta should not store sensitive card information unless legally permitted and appropriately secured.
7. Retention and Account Deletion
You may request account deletion here. We verify the registered email before sending a request to Wakarta Admin. Wakarta aims to delete personal account data within one month of a verified request, except records that must be retained for legal, tax, fraud-prevention or dispute purposes. A request does not instantly delete an account.
8. Data Security
We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal information. However, no online system can guarantee complete security.
