Wakarta Vendor Agreement

This Vendor Agreement describes the terms under which a vendor may list and sell products through the Wakarta marketplace platform.

1. Marketplace Relationship

Wakarta operates as a technology marketplace platform connecting customers with independent vendors.

Unless otherwise clearly stated, the Vendor remains responsible for the products supplied by that Vendor.

3. Product Quality and Safety

Vendors are responsible for ensuring that products supplied through their store are lawful, appropriately stored and suitable for sale.

Vendors selling food products are responsible for maintaining applicable licences and registrations.

4. Order Fulfilment

The Vendor shall:

  1. Review incoming orders.
  2. Maintain accurate product availability.
  3. Prepare and pack confirmed orders.
  4. Hand over orders according to the applicable delivery process.

5. Vendor Payments and Commission

Commission, platform charges, delivery charges and vendor settlement terms shall be communicated separately through the applicable vendor onboarding or commercial agreement.

6. Prohibited Products

Vendors must not list products that are illegal, unsafe, counterfeit or prohibited under applicable laws or Wakarta policies.

Wakarta may restrict or suspend a vendor account for legitimate reasons including:

The vendor relationship may be terminated according to applicable contractual terms, subject to settlement of outstanding obligations.

9. Acceptance

By registering as a Vendor and using the Wakarta platform, the Vendor confirms that the Vendor has read and agrees to the applicable vendor terms and policies.
